Question: FTP login issue

Dear Galaxy team, i'm trying to upload my data via an FTP server. I have installed CyberDuck as per the GalaxyWiki post and also installed FileZilla but both servers giving me the error of incorrect login details.

I can login without issues to the Galaxy main page and i'm certain that don't make any typing errors.

I would appreciate if you could help me out here...

I just retested using FileZilla and the server connection is fine. The issue is probably the login credentials, given the error. Double check you are using:

Server/host: usegalaxy.org    <- public Galaxy Main instance

username: your@fullemail.org  <- the same exact one as your Main account
password: yourpassword

Sometimes just starting over helps. Small errors in typing are easy to miss.

If you continue to have problems, you could ask your system administrator to confirm that a network issue is not involved (firewall of some sort).
