Question: Upload data by FTP in Galaxy

Hi everyone,

I'm trying upload some data in Galaxy by FTP but I have the files in my FTP account but I can`t see the data at the upload files window.

I did the upload using Filezilla. I put this address ftp.workflow4metabolomics.org and login and password of my Galaxy account.

When I log into the FTP I can see the files but not in my Galaxy account. Someone know what can be happening?

Data uploaded by FTP has two steps (when used in a basic configuration - any server could have variations): 1) FTP data to the server and any moved is placed where the Upload tool has access to it (when logged into the same account), then 2) the user selects the FTP loaded data in the Upload tool and moves the data into a history. https://galaxyproject.org/ftp-upload/

I did this pass but I can't see the data in the Upload tool in my account. I will send a message for the link that you send me.
