Question: (Closed) FTP upload file not working

Hi

I am trying to upload my fastq files (4.03 GB) into galaxy main server (ftp://usegalaxy.org) via Filezilla client.

But i am facing connection problem with Filezilla.

however iam using the same galaxy username and password as creditials to get connected to FTP.

hostname: usegalaxy.org

my username and password are correct.

Also tried by using passive mode. but no connection established.

please see the below given

Status: Resolving address of usegalaxy.org Status: Connecting to 129.114.60.56:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Status: Initializing TLS... Status: Verifying certificate... Status: TLS connection established. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
