Question: Need help with "Fetch taxonomic representation" tool

This is a problem with the tool form display that we are now looking into.

But meanwhile, you can still select columns and execute the tool. It just ran successfully for my test case.

There is no bug report ticket yet, and may not be, our team will review how long this will take to correct (sometimes is very quick, same day).

I am also experiencing problems with this tool (Fetch taxonomic representation on galaxy.org). It doesnt allow me to select the gi column and this message displayed in the drop down box is: "Missing columns in referenced dataset." Selecting the Name colimn is fine, but It wont run the job without the gi.

I am using a tab delimited format document with OTU names and Gi numbers. I have also tried with same type documents that used to work ok before, but they are not working either.

Any ideas or help to fix this please?
