Question: (Closed) Unable to upload files due to 'Internal server error (500)'

I'm trying to upload files from my computer to galaxy, but all of my uploads are failing - even files which are only 5MB in size. I get the error message 'Internal server error (500)'. Is there currently a problem with uploading?
