Ok, so it's working this morning when I tried. Yesterday, it wasn't working. Same file (.bed) - no modifications made. It's a motif peak file generated from HOMER. Thanks for investigating. Btw, my memory usage (at 66%) hadn't change despite deleting most of the data, permanently purging them and logging-off. It has been like that for the past few weeks, but it hasn't interfered with my work thus far. Appreciate if you can help check this out too. Thanks.
Please see the two FAQs here (https://galaxyproject.org/support/#account) that cover:
- how to reset your account quota if it seems wrong (in short: log out then back in again)
- how to search for data that is deleted but not permanently deleted (data must be perm deleted/purged to not count toward quota). I suspect that is where the problem is - check all history statuses and then examine active histories for content in a deleted state
