Question: Internal server error

Hi everybody, I was wondering if the galaxy server experiences some issues at the moment. I couldn't upload some files this afternoon, now I cant log in since a while and get the message : 'Internal Server Error'- this is not a problem on my end, right? Thanks, Lena

If working at Galaxy Main (http://usegalaxy.org), this was probably a transient connection error. Try again now if you haven't already and let us know if you still have problems.

If working at some other public Galaxy, try contacting the administrators of the server for updates/feedback. Each server is independent. https://new.galaxyproject.org/public-galaxy-servers/

Hi Jennifer,

thanks for answering. I have an instance at nectar cloud which is clustered with galaxy (http:// IP of my instance /galaxy). The problem is still there and I can't log in. Do you have any suggestions what I could do?
