Question: (Closed) Http error 500 when downloading bam dataset

When I click 'download dataset' for my bam files, I get an http 500 error. This is specific to bam files, as I can download the bam index as well as other files from my history (bed, etc.). I am getting the error even for files I had already downloaded last week. I'm wondering if this is a site wide glitch, or if there's something I've messed up somehow.
I've searched for similar threads, and saw this: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/21039/ Unfortunately, the Auto-detect fix did not stop the errors.
Any ideas?
things are working now! server is fixed.
I am also getting this error and have tried wget and curl with no success. Just wanted you know it could be a server problem right now.
