Question: bam indices fail to download

I've recently run a workflow that includes Tophat on several datasets. I can download the resulting mapped and unmapped reads .bam files. However, in many if not all cases, I cannot download the associated index files. Instead, I get a blue screen that says "Internal Server Error," and a guru meditation number-- for example:

GURU MEDITATION: #46dcd60c37954effa0282df3d4fb2663

This error happens for multiple files and has not gone away overnight. Can you suggest how I can get my .bai files, please? I think I can use Edit Attributes --> Convert Format --> Bam to Bai, but this has not been necessary in the past.

If it is still happening, please generate a shared history link, email that plus a link to this Biostars post and the dataset number to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org. Please make sure the dataset is undeleted. We can test from there.
