Hello,

The graph cannot be directly viewed within Galaxy. Using Bandage with the Galaxy raw graph (text) dataset as an input is one visualization option.

Full details are covered in this Galaxy Blog post and the linked tutorial: https://galaxyproject.org/blog/2017-10-16-UnicyclerTutorial/

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

Thanks Jennifer,

I have managed to view the graph using Bandage.

I now have to calculate the genome coverage but the Unicycler stats does not indicate which/how many of the mapped reads were assembled. Hope I make sense, please assist?
