Dear Sir or Madam,
I wonder if you could tell me if it is normal for a job (Unicycler assembly) to be in "This job is waiting to run" stage for more than 5 days?
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Nemanja

Dear Ms. Hillman Jackson,
As a matter of fact, I am using usegalaxy.org server (logged in as admin edit: remove full email for privacy). I executed Unicycler hybrid assembly (jobs 43-46), however, they are pending for a week. I used this tool before at your server, and it worked fine.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Nemanja
Thanks for clarifying. I started a Unicycler test job yesterday. I'll review that results and your work at usegalaxy.org to sort out what the root problem is. Please do not delete the datasets yet.
My tests are queued as well still and your inputs look fine. I'll ask our admin if the queue is just full or if something else is going on. Feedback by tomorrow, if not sooner. Leave your queued jobs queued - in most cases when there is a problem like this the jobs are automatically restarted (server-side) and your existing queue position will matter (first queued, first run).
Update:
It sounds like you are not working at usegalaxy.org and are contacting your admins for the server you are working on to troubleshoot the problem. Hope that works out!

No, that isn't expected. You are working at https://usegalaxy.org, yes? I'll check to see what might be the issue, feedback soon. Please do not delete the job yet unless you discover a problem with the inputs and need to.
Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
Sure, I am working at usegalaxy.org.
