Question: (Closed) Problem in connecting to Galaxy server using ftp clients

Dear all,

It is now a few months that I cannot connect to Galaxy server to upload my data.

I used to upload my data using WinScp or Filezilla, but neither works now.

Can you guide me how to solve this problem?

Is it possible that Galaxy server intentionally refuse the connections from some accounts?
