Question: (Closed) Unable to login to FTP server

Hello, I am having difficulty connecting to the usegalaxy.org FTP server. I have tried with both Filezilla and Cyberduck. With each, it is telling me my login credentials are incorrect (error 530). I am positive I am using the correct username and password as I can login just fine on the web browser.
