Question: where is the FTP server at usegalaxy.org

I want to upload series of short read files. I cannot drag and drop because file size in over 2GB.  I get a error message which says to login to FTP server at usegalaxy.org..but I cannot seem to find a tab for that.

You need to use an FTP client of your choice, we do not ship one with Galaxy. Check out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_FTP_client_software to get you started.
