Question: featureCounts is always running and never finished

Hello, I am practicing this tutorial, https://galaxyproject.org/tutorials/nt_rnaseq/ but the featureCounts was always running and never finished even running several days, I tried two time in July and now, but it still running several days and never finished, I ever repeated previous steps from Stringtie, but still the same. Is there anyone else did this tutorial using Main galaxy? Thank you!
