Question: bowtie2 is stalled

Hello! My bowtie2 runs have been in the queue for a full day. I've never seen it take this long. Is something wrong?

I have the same issue. My bowtie1 runs are in the queue from yesterday. Yesterday, I could used bowtie1 until 3pm, but from around 6pm my jobs are waiting to run until now.

I've had the same issue with Cufflinks, I've had some jobs in my que for over a day and a half now. I tried restarting the run and that didn't work.

The server issues at http://usegalaxy.org have been resolved. Please re-run failed jobs/workflows if you have not already. Queued jobs (grey color) will start without additional action when server resources are available. Should an error persist, send in a bug report, leaving all inputs and error datasets undeleted.
