I am attempting to run a previously defined workflow, following the Galaxy tutorial. After choosing my datasets and selecting "Run Workflow", I get a message saying, "Successfully invoked workflow Exons and Repeats.You can check the status of queued jobs and view the resulting data by refreshing the History pane, if this has not already happened automatically.". However, this job does not appear in the queue even after refreshing. I have attempted this several times and the result is always the same. I am unsure of what I am doing incorrectly.
