Question: Job Status - Waiting to run since yesterday and not changing

Hello,
I am a new user. I have been trying to get a job that uses MACS tool (Model-based Analysis of ChIP-Seq) under NGS:Peak Calling and it seems to be always waiting to run but never running. I tried several different days and times and same result. The latest instance is a job I created yesterday and its been close to 12 hours and it still has not run. Could you please look into it and advise? If you need some additional info to troubleshoot, please let me know what it is and how I can obtain it with in Galaxy.
