Question: Cufflinks not running for more than 24 hours

Hi, I had run Cufflinks for 4 files. One was done in less than 3 hours but the other three are gray (not yet running) for more than 2 hours. I have tired to re-run them today but with no change. I am on running on galaxy (default). Is there a way I can take to speed up the time?

Hi , they have still not started to run. they are still waiting to execute (gray). Is there still a problem? Thanks TJ
