Hi Galaxy Experts,

I am doing RNA seq analysis from about large number of datasets. I have created an account on galaxy trinity but the job which I started last Friday is still running? Am I doing something wrong at my end. I have used Trinity in the past but it has definitely not taken more than a couple of hours. Is there something I am doing that is not correct? Also I have registered with galaxy cloud to make it more easy for me to work. Is it possible to use galaxy for running trinity on cloud server.

Hope to hear a reply soon.

Hello,

If you are running a cloud Galaxy, then install Trinity from the Tool Shed and run it on your server. This will almost certainly be the quickest way to do the analysis.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
