There are no known problems with the tool or the cluster. Sounds like
your job was queued up last night. Has it it started/completed by now?
Please try a re-run first to see if it will move into "running" and if
it continues to stall in "waiting" after some time (hour or so),
email back with a shared link to your history and so can take a look
the specific run and diagnose further here.
