Hello, I am following the tutorial for NGS Quolity Control. I reached the step where the Trim Galore is used. Since I submitted my job there has been passed more than 2 hours but no results or error messages appeared. Is this normal that it takes so long? I am using the GSM461178_untreat_paired_subset_1 file which is 19.2 Mb.
