Dear Sir or Madam,

unfortunately the jobs (Cuffdiff etc) do not start and are displayed in grey... for more than 3 hours now. Is there something I can do to fix it?

Kind regards, Sebastian Schober

Hello,

I do see multiple queued jobs in your history. The inputs look fine from the few I checked.

Larger jobs run on our larger (and busiest) clusters. The queue is most likely full and your job will run when space/resource is available. Please avoid deleting and rerunning as this only places the new jobs at the back of the queue again, extending wait time. FAQs about how jobs execute: https://galaxyproject.org/support/#datasets-and-histories

That said, I have asked our administrator to double check more is not going on since we did recent server upgrade. We'll write back with an update if there is some issue. Meanwhile, please leave the jobs queued. Even when there are cluster issues, once they are fixed, our admin usually will be able to restart these, in the order stalled jobs were originally queued by all users (includes preserving your original queue slots).

Thanks for reporting the problem! Jen, Galaxy team
