Hi,

I am getting the error message that I am over my disk quota- I have deleted a lot of data since then, but the error message is still there and consequently I cannot run any tasks.

I am using only 100GB now- is there something I can do to get rid of the error message/refresh the system?

Thanks,

Eloise

There is a difference in between 'delete' (still takes space) and 'purge' (completely removes dataset, no recovery) in Galaxy. Please read https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/ManagingDatasets
