I keep going over disk quota. I am trying to analyze RNAseq data from a total of 6 SRA files - that doesn't seem right.

Also - I can't figure out how to log out to reset anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Accounts have 250 GB of space at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org. Currently, you are using 91.5 GB.

Log in and out under the User menu in the top masthead bar to reset the quota on your account.

If your work is for an academic research project we can sometimes allocate more space. Other times moving to your own Galaxy server is a better choice.

FAQ for the above: https://galaxyproject.org/support/#troubleshooting > The account usage quota seems incorrect

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
