Hello,

I am currently trying to use the FastQ groomer and tophat for my data and I have the message: You are over your disk quota. Tool execution is on hold until your disk usage drops below your allocated quota.

I have deleted much of my data and I have checked the option "permanently delete datasets" but my disc usage does not change at all. I have tried logging out and back in and nothing has changed.

Hello,

It appears that you are actively using more than one account. There is a quota of one account per user at http://usegalaxy.org.

Help > Terms and conditions: https://usegalaxy.org/static/terms.html

Quotas on Main:  https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Main#User_data_and_job_quotas

Please email us at galaxy-bugs@list.galaxyproject.org to let us know which account you would like to retain and those to be deleted. For each deleted, a confirmation process will be explained in the direct email exchanges. Plus we can help you with permanently deleting data to free up space in the account you retain.

Thank you for helping to keep Galaxy a free and fair public research resource for all. Jen, Galaxy team
