Question: unable to install local galaxy instance

Hi!!!! 

iam a novice to "terminal" stuff,,,,

I tried to install galaxy locally on Mac Book (OS X10.9.6)

But it shows the  following error in terminal

Cloning into 'galaxy'...

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/': Failed connect to github.com:443; Connection refused

I have git version (1.9. 5 (Apple Git-50.3) and 

          Python 2.7.10 |Anaconda 2.3.0 (x86_64)

can somebody suggest to get it installed

git clone https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy.git

If this does not work please ask your network administrator, maybe access to github is denied.
