Question: Alignment with Bowtie2 - grayed

Hello Galaxy team,

I started running a Bowtie alignment 2 days ago, it became yellow but then grayed and never started again.

I'm new in Galaxy so I don't really know what is the normal queuing time for this kind of jobs and I was just wondering if something is wrong with my workflow.

The job was too large to execute on the default cluster and has been automatically submitted to the long running cluster Stampede. 

More details about job processing is in the Galaxy wiki here: Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

As of this morning, the wait time for execution on Stampede is approximately 2 days.
