Question: Get Data problem

Hello,
since yesterday, there is a problem on Galaxy. when I want to load my data or form UCSC. the files apparaice in right side but still in gray with "This job is waiting to run".
and when I click "run this job again", it displays: "The 'Main UCSC' tool Currently Does not Support rerunning" or "The 'Upload File' tool Currently Does not Support rerunning."
where is the problem ? or only galaxy is now updated ??
