Question: Galaxy 101 Tutorial Data

I'm working through the Galaxy 101 tutorial and the UCSC data won't start downloading (it's staying gray). I'm working through the free web service on Google Chrome and signed into my account. Further, I tried upload a small file, and that gave me no issues, so I presume it's either the length of the file or the fetching of the file that's a problem.
Is there something that I could be doing wrong that causing this issue? I looked at the posts on similar issues, and it was generally an outside problem, but it seems odd that it doesn't even get to yellow.

This is now resolved, you should be fine to continue your tutorial.
