Question: File import after FTP upload doesn't work

I uploaded fastq.gz files to the galaxy ftp server, and use the "upload file" function to try to import the data. All files process, mean they turn green in the upload tool, and are added to the history but stay gray. There is a small clock, and if I click on the samples in the history it says " This job is waiting to run". However, the status didn't change the whole day... is that normal? (First time using galaxy...) Thanks!

The server issues at http://usegalaxy.org have been resolved. Please re-run failed jobs/workflows if you have not already. Queued jobs (grey color) will start without additional action when server resources are available. Should an error persist, send in a bug report, leaving all inputs and error datasets undeleted.
