I am having issues accessing my Galaxy account where I have uploaded some very important data and urgently request your help to solve this ASAP. I am writing papers for publication and urgently need to download my data from my account. Could you please please help with this??

Also I am no longer able to access this live account so the new login details would have to be sent to my alternative email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
I can answer any security questions and I can also tell you what sort of files are on the account.
