Question: account block because of applying for a second one

We can help, but make certain that only one account is used going forward please as this provides fair resource access to all community researchers working at Galaxy Main.

A second account does not really solve most problems anyway (jobs in all accounts compete for the same resources, meaning - jobs will not run "quicker"). If additional account quota space was the reason for a second account, more space can be requested/granted for certain academic projects. This is how to make the request.
