I am trying to upload my data, but it still blue and it doesn´t change.

Am I doing something wrong?

How long it usually takes to get it done?

These jobs tend to run quickly. My guess is that the files are over 2G and you are using the local file upload option through the web browser? Try FTP instead for larger data. More help is in our wiki here:
http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Loading_data
