Hello,

I was trying to execute : Compute quality statistics on data with the output generated from filterFastQ (first I trimmed, then I filtered, at last I tried to compute quality). Then I get this error:

/bin/sh: 1: fastx_quality_stats: not found

gzip: stdout: Broken pipe

Thanks

Hello,

Sounds like something's broken but in order to figure out what, we need to know which Galaxy instance (eg provide your Galaxy's URL please)

While we get this sorted out the FastQC tool (under NGS: QC and manipulation on the main Galaxy server at https://usegalaxy.org/) might worth trying - it generates very comprehensive QC statistics and helpful plots from fastq files.
