Question: error in loading Admin privilages?

Hi everyone,

i tried to install galaxy server in my local computer and i added admin emailid when i login and loaded i couldnt ale to get admin privilages. i followed video tutorials for installation.

i need assistance.

Did you restart Galaxy and did you actually register the user with the email address you entered in the config?

Yes I did it but still I can't get admin privileges

Can you log in as the user you registered?

hi i identified the problem just remove # sybmol before admin users

yes, that symbol indicates that the line is a comment and will not get evaluated
