Question: Loading file error

Hi,

For the past 48 hours (Today Dec 29, 2015) I am not able to load any data file to my Galaxy account. Not directly from my computer nor through EBI which I normally use. The loading error is "Not enough space on device". My Galaxy account history shows 0 b and the file I tried to upload from my computer was less than 2kb.

Please help.

I just recalculated disk usage on your account. I changed slightly but is still under quota (250 GB).  Maybe your account was over quota but then you learned how to permanently deleted data?

The problem may have been on our side. Please see this update from our administrator posted yesterday: A: No space left on device

Please try the upload jobs again now.
