Question: mapping tools error: "Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job"

Hi,

I'm trying to use bwa or bowtie to align paired collection of reads. However, I am continually getting tool error "Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job". I dont have problems with running, for ex. fastqc statistics for the dataset. I'm wondering whether there might be a problem with Galaxy public server.

It would be great if I could get any help or solution for this error.
