Question: Job not running

My jobs are taking a very long time to run, it takes at least 15min for 1 job to run. I'm not too sure what the problem is as it has been working for me perfectly previously but suddenly today it has stopped. This is obviously really frustrating as I have a lot of sequences to get through.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

I've also cleared my history so that is't slowing it down.
