Hi

On my Galaxy history, there are many jobs waiting to run but none actually running. Is there something wrong with the server or is this on my end? I have re-run some of these jobs as this has occurred before.

Any assistance would be great.

Many thanks,

Natasha

Hello Natasha,

We are looking into your account in more detail. If there is a true problem we will follow up on it with you.

However, I noticed that this is a new account. Perhaps this wiki will solve the resolve the issue by explaining job execution: Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

Other good resources when getting started are: Main  &  Learn

Best, Jen, Galaxy team

Update: All in your account is as expected. Mapping jobs can take a bit to execute. This varies depending on server load. It is best to allow jobs to process. If you delete and relaunch, this only extends the wait time, since your new job ends up at the back of the queue again. Thanks! Jen
