Question: Problems with data upload

Where are you using Galaxy (public URL)? Or is this your own local/docker/cloudman instance?

Also, what are your Upload methods and would you describe what is going wrong in more detail?

Hi Jen I´m using the public URL. I tried to upload local files from my pc. The files remain in the queue for many hours. By now, just one file upload successfully, and I could process the file by trimmomatic (also it takes at least 2 hours). My files are fastq files no more than 20 MB, most of them around 10 MB.
