I have added our own scripts for analyzing CLIP data to http://intron.c2b2.columbia.edu:8888/ This galaxy instance is customized and maintained by Chaolin Zhang lab. It is based on the system developed by The Galaxy Project.
Is there a detailed description on how to push them to Galaxy so everyone can have access to them?
I am not sure what you're asking. If you want to share Galaxy Tools you wrote with the public please upload them to the Tool Shed. Details can be found on our hub and planemo documentation.
If you are interested in creating a tutorial or community documentation that demonstrates usage of your tools/workflow, getting involved with the Galaxy Training Network (GTN) is one way to publish materials (slides, tutorials, docker images, sample data/histories/workflows, tours) and "get the word out". Or, use the Shared object features in Galaxy for something less formally structured yet still appropriate/used by many -- in publications, blogs, conference talks, or however you plan to distribute/share your novel analysis methods.
