Question: Load data files in Galaxy (local) from same machine

Hi,

I have a local Galaxy, is it possible to load data from account/path of another user on the same machine? Or maybe copy the files to the ftp folder of Galaxy and than import them? (if yes how to find the ftp folder in the machine?)
