Question: How to download a dataset list

I am working with a metabarcoding dataset of ~200 multiplexed samples, and therefore have ~200 datasets. I compiled them into a dataset list to be able to easily run QC on them using trimmomatic. However, I cannot for the life of me now figure out how to download the list as a whole, or the individual datasets within them. I appreciate any help that can be given.

you should be able to download individual datasets from a list after you click on the list in history to 'drill-in' to it.

I think it is currently impossible to download the whole list at once.

Agree, no function yet for multiple file downloads. There is an open enhancement request ticket for it. Please follow for updates:
