Question: Installing tools in my Local Galaxy from Tool Shed not working

Hi! I have a local instance of Galaxy working fine, with several tools installed from Tool Shed already. Since last week that I tried to install a new tool, each time I click on "Install" it takes me to a blank screen as seen here (https://ibb.co/fjs8sT). I checked on the "monitor installation" tab and nothing new appears, neither does it appear on "manage tools".
Also, the gatk2 appears as cloning for 4 months now and I don't know how to delete it.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you very much in advance!

Is there anything in the Galaxy's log? That would be in the terminal that you started Galaxy from. Also I would not bother about the GATK2 - it is long deprecated and very outdated - better find newer tools.
Ok, I won't care about gatk2 installation, thank you. About the other issue, no log file is generated, it's as if nothing happened at all...
