Question: (Closed) galaxy not working

Hi, I put some work on galaxy today and nothing is moving. The job that usually took about 30 sec now is frozen for over 30 min. I tried to disconnect and connect again but nothing happens. Can you help? Thanks

PS: Jobs are queued and will run when there are compute resources available. Avoid deleting/rerunning for the quickest job execution times.
