Dear all,

Major rookie question: I am trying to install galaxy on my win 10 machine and am using ubuntu. It seems to install okay but cannot move forward. At this point if I run sh run.sh it says it cannot find python. Using "whereis" I can find the directory for python, but now how to put these together?

Thanks!

I suspect you'll have an easier time by just using Docker with the dockerized version of Galaxy. Then instead of needing to get all of Galaxy set up, you really only need to get Docker installed.
