Question: Using galaxy friendly interface with private server

Is it possible to use the galaxy web interface, that is easy to use softwares and set parameters, with a private server that I have access?

Yes, everybody can run their own Galaxy and use whatever server resources they have access to for job running. Linux or MacOS are required for Galaxy, but tools themselves can be run on Windows too.
