Note: somebody else reported an issue with boost in relation to mother to me today and for them it was due to the order of conda channels (bioconda had to come before conda-forge) ..no clue if it could be the same on usegalaxy but could be something to check/a place to start

I got the same error on my local Galaxy? All Mothur tools was installed ok and green. How can I fix the issue?

The problem might be the same as the one Saskia mentions and that Nate also used to solve the problem at https://usegalaxy.org (see the linked ticket for details).

Maybe compare your installed packages to the log posted for Main? Then install what is needed or delete, reset your conda dependency resolvers and try the install again that way?

I will try. How exactly to reset conda dependances as I'm not so into the Galaxy inside kitchen :)
