Question: NGS:Du Novo/Make Families Tool Resulted in awk Error

Hello,

When using NGS: Du Novo tool "Make families" on the main Galaxy server, with 2 valid FastQ files as input, the output (green) is blank and produced an error:

"awk: error while loading shared libraries: libmpfr.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
